Double Decker
This month we were given the task of transporting 31 pallets from Abridge to Zwaargdijk in the Netherlands.
At Barrington we like to give choices and to offer cost savings where possible. We gave the client the option of loading two separate normal trailers or to re-pack the pallets and to send the consignment on one "double decker" trailer (at a saving of over 26%).
We loaded the double decker trailer on day one and delivered to Zwaardijk on day two.
